20.Aug.2008 AWF supports the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan CSR Symposium

AWF is delighted to announce that it is a Supporter of a half-day seminar to be hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ), The Faces of CSR. The event will be held at The Four Seasons, Chinzanso on Wednesday 10th September.
 
The event – detailed below – includes distinguished keynote speakers and a remarkable line-up of panelists representing each “face” of CSR, and will culminate in a practical learning seminar followed by a networking event. The ACCJ will also launch a Soft Landing Program to help bring women who have taken a career break back into the workplace at this event.
 
The seminar is aimed at professionals at all levels and from all disciplines, and promises to be very stimulating. As the Keidanren and other associations and chambers of commerce are also supporting the event it should be a great opportunity to meet other professionals. Because the event has a training angle, we think many firms will be happy to support your participation and receipts are available from AWF for this purpose.
 
The guest price for the half-day is JPY 8,000. However, AWF members are entitled to apply via AWF at a discounted price of JPY5,000 – a ¥3000 savings - and AWF “friends” (those who have attended our events so receive our regular updates) are entitled to the discounted Supporter fee of JPY7,000.
