21.Jan.2009 AWF launches exciting mentor programme for women students in Japan
In a new initiative, AWF is delighted to announce the launch of a mini-mentoring programme for women students at Japanese universities. Launched at a presentation to students at Sophia University on Tuesday 20th January, the programme is open to all women students of all academic disciplines from any Japan-based university. Three women students will qualify for time with a mentor from the finance industry and a year’s membership of AWF. To qualify, students need to submit an essay by 28th February. Details are available in the attached file.
AWF hopes that this is the start of a number of initiatives aimed at students interested in careers in finance.
