Promoting Japanese women in business is at the top of the agenda for forward-thinking companies in Japan. Developing the Potential of Women (DPW) was established in 2007 by three global consultants in career and organizational development to assist women in developing themselves and their careers through professional skills enhancement, the finding of role models and the support of a strong professional network.
In this three-workshop seminar, participants will discover new skills and possibilities relating to work role and career. Learning outcomes from the workshops can be applied practically to real-life work situations to increase motivation and performance.
Workshop 1 – Elizabeth Handover
Discover your unique strengths and challenges when influencing others and enhance your influencing skills to practically and positively impact workplace performance utilizing acclaimed Insights® psychological theory and tools.
Workshop 2 – Yuriko Miyazaki
Redefine your positioning and roles in a changing environment to build presence as a key team player and increase your contribution to your organization.
Workshop 3 – Victoria Bolam
Increase your impact in the workplace by removing the barriers that prevent women contributing more to organizational success, utilizing the ‘Analytical Method of Underlying Problems’ by Kepner-Tregoe.

職場において女性の力を伸ばしていくことは、先進的な考えを持つ日本企業では重要な課題となっています。「女性の可能性を伸ばす」(DPW)は能力・組織開発の国際的なコンサルタントの３人が中心となって、女性たちが、キャリアを伸ばし、ロールモデルを見つけ、お互いにサポートし合うことを目的に、2007年に発足致しました。
このセミナーの３つのワークショップを通して、参加者は仕事に役立つ新たなスキルや自分の可能性を発見することができ、セミナーで学んだことを実際のお仕事に活用して、モチベーションや実績の向上に役立てることができます。
ワークショップ１ ファシリテーター：エリザベス・ハンドーヴァー
「インサイツR」という心理学診断を使用し、影響力を発揮する時の自身の強みと課題を学び、業績向上に向けて影響力を強化します。
ワークショップ２ ファシリテーター：宮崎百合子
環境変化において、自分の位置づけと役割を再定義し、自身の存在感を高め、組織に対する貢献度を高めます。
ワークショップ３ ファシリテーター：ビクトリア・ボーラム
ケプナー・トリゴー社の「潜在的問題分析」を使用し、組織貢献上の問題を解決し、職場における影響力を高めます。
